Individual counselling sessions for adults and adolescents are available Face to Face, Online and via Telephone Counselling.
Areas of special interest include Women's well-being, Autism, ADHD, relationship trauma, domestic violence, coercive control and behavioural issues.
Limited after-hours and weekend slots are available. If a suitable time-slot is not available, please contact me to arrange a suitable time.

Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling sessions are available in two formats - Face to Face relationship counselling sessions on the Gold Coast & Online relationship counselling sessions nationally.
Areas of special interest include couples with a history of trauma or where one or both partners identify as or has been diagnosed ADHD, Autistic (ASD) or AuADHD. Relationships with neurodivergent partners present with unique challenges that may be overlooked by a generalist relationship counsellor. Your relationship is precious and deserves every opportunity to succeed and grow.
To ensure best outcomes for all, it is advisable that you have both agreed to attend relationship counselling with the view of working on the relationship.
